1. General Information
Katheryn Anne Fine Art is owned and operated by artist Katheryn Anne. All artwork, designs, classes, and products offered on this site are handmade or personally designed. By using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Products & Availability
All original artwork is one-of-a-kind. Colors, textures, and patina effects may vary slightly from what you see online due to photography, screen settings, and the natural variations of copper and hand-applied patina.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will always honor the purchase price at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Ready-to-ship artwork are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. Commissioned or custom work may take longer, with timelines communicated individually.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Katheryn Anne Fine Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the order arrives in their country.
5. Returns & Refunds
Original artwork sales are final. Please be certain before purchasing.
In the event an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and product so that we can work toward a resolution.
6. Commissions & Custom Orders
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin commissioned work. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
Commissioned pieces follow a mutually agreed-upon timeline, which may vary depending on size and complexity.
Once work has begun, commissions cannot be canceled or refunded.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photographs, and content on this site are the property of Katheryn Anne Fine Art. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. Artwork Care
Original artwork is sealed for protection, but for longevity, it should be displayed away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Care instructions may be included with your purchase.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information will only be used to process your order, communicate with you regarding your purchase, or provide updates if you have opted into our newsletter. Your information will never be sold or shared.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide accurate product descriptions and images, Katheryn Anne Fine Art cannot guarantee that colors or finishes will appear exactly as they do in person.
Katheryn Anne Fine Art is not responsible for:
Delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.
Customs or import fees.
Website downtime, errors, or technical issues.
