"I'm Listening"
Oil Painting on Paper
$175.00
Sometimes curiosity is simply a willingness to see things from a different perspective. With its head tilted and eyes fixed on the viewer, the little owl in "I'm Listening" seems genuinely interested in whatever we might have to say. Its inquisitive expression brings a touch of humor and warmth to the portrait, while the rich, rusty patina complements its earthy coloring.
Created with oil paint over genuine copper leaf on archival paper. The reflective qualities and dynamic nature of genuine copper allow the painting to shift subtly with changing light, creating depth and luminosity unique to this work.
