"Dwelling Within: Wonder"
Oil paint on pure copper leaf
$340.00
Curiosity often begins with a willingness to look beyond what we know. Peering out from the safety of its shelter, this little owl seems eager to discover what lies beyond. Its wide eyes emerge from the shadows, framed by textured copper that contrasts with the softness of its feathers.
Created with oil paint over genuine copper leaf on canvas. The reflective qualities and dynamic nature of genuine copper allow the painting to shift subtly with changing light, creating depth and luminosity unique to this work.
8" x 8" x 1.5" Gallery wrapped canvas.
