"Dwelling Within: Almost Ready"
Oil paint on pure copper leaf
$150.00
Courage doesn't always arrive in grand gestures. Sometimes it begins with a tiny step toward something unfamiliar. "Almost Ready" captures that tender moment between the comfort of what we know and the curiosity of what lies beyond. Peeking from the safety of its little hideaway, this mouse reminds us that it's perfectly fine to approach the world at our own pace. The surrounding textured copper brings warmth to its sheltered space.
Created with oil paint over genuine copper leaf on canvas. The reflective qualities and dynamic nature of genuine copper allow the painting to shift subtly with changing light, creating depth and luminosity unique to this work.
5" x 5" x 1.5" Gallery wrapped canvas.
Oil paint on 100% pure copper leaf.
