“At Ease” explores the freedom found in allowing ourselves to simply be, without striving, proving, or becoming anything more. Resting comfortably among textured cattails and warm, reflective copper, the tree swallow becomes a reflection of contentment and belonging, a reminder that there are moments when nothing is required of us except to be present within them.
